條款及細則

歡迎蒞臨 Aura 物理治療及健康中心！
當您預約並使用我們的物理治療服務時，即表示您同意遵守並受以下條款及細則約束。請仔細閱讀。

1. 付款政策

  • 除非 Aura 物理治療及健康中心另有書面同意，服務費用須於服務提供時全額支付。
  • 我們接受不同的付款方式，例如現金、信用卡、流動支付等。
  • 所有費用不可議價，並須以港幣（HKD）結算。
  • 如未能付款，可能導致拒絕提供服務或採取法律行動追討欠款。

2. 不設退款政策

  • 物理治療服務或療程一經提供，概不退款，不論任何情況。
  • 服務於預約時間開始後即視為「已提供」，不論結果或客戶滿意度如何。
  • 預付套票或療程亦不可退款，除非另有書面協議明確規定。

3. 特殊退款例外情況

  • 在極少數情況下，若 Aura 物理治療及健康中心同意退款（例如因本中心取消服務），退款僅於客戶退回我們發出的所有原始收據或付款證明後處理。
  • 若退款獲批准，將於30個工作天內退還，並可能收取行政費用。
  • 此例外情況不適用於客戶主動取消或對服務不滿的情況。

4. 取消預約及缺席

  • 預約須至少於24小時前取消或改期，否則可能需支付全額費用。
  • 缺席或遲到取消預約不設退款或補償。

5. 責任限制

  • 除香港適用法律要求外，Aura 物理治療及健康中心對使用服務所致的任何傷害、損失或損壞概不負責。
  • 我們的物理治療師根據專業知識提供治療，但結果因人而異，不保證特定效果。

6. 客戶責任

  • 客戶須於治療前提供準確的健康資料。若因客戶提供不完整或不準確資料導致不良後果，Aura 物理治療及健康中心概不負責。
  • 客戶有責任遵循治療師提供的治療計劃及建議。若不遵從建議，不得要求退款或賠償。

7. 條款變更

  • Aura 物理治療及健康中心保留隨時更新本條款及細則的權利，無須事先通知。更新版本將於網站上發布，並於發布後即時生效。

8. 適用法律

  • 本條款及細則受香港法律管轄。因服務引发的任何爭議，須受香港法院專屬管轄。


Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aura Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre!
By booking and using our physiotherapy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aura Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre.
  • We accept various payment methods, e.g., cash, credit cards, mobile payments etc.
  • All fees are non-negotiable and must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
  • Failure to make payment may result in refusal of service or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Once a physiotherapy session or service has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Services are considered "provided" once the scheduled appointment begins, regardless of the outcome or client satisfaction.
  • Prepaid packages or sessions are also non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

3. Special Refund Exceptions

  • In rare cases where Aura Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre agrees to issue a refund (e.g., due to service cancellation by the clinic), the refund will only be processed upon return of all original receipts or proof of payment issued by us.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 30 business days and may be subject to administrative fees.
  • This exception does not apply to client-initiated cancellations or dissatisfaction with the service.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in full charges for the missed session.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Aura Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable Hong Kong law.
  • Our physiotherapists provide professional care based on their expertise, but results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate health information prior to treatment. Aura Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • Clients are responsible for following treatment plans and advice given by our physiotherapists. Non-compliance does not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Aura Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
